Amode V2 for Effective Information Management
Mindsystems Amode V2 has been designed to work as the perfect information management system. It manages the task of information management through a series of features.
One of these features is the visual database. The main interface permits you to organize the required information in a structured, organized and logical format while still retaining the benefits of advanced visual presentation. The Amode Tree Format is there to ensure that the information is presented in an organized, clear and consistent way. This will help in managing the information visually, without cluttering the workspace!
The new Amode Tree interface includes a drag and drop interface and clear visual markers needed to provide added viewing clarity. It permits easy, organized and visually attractive information management.
If you don’t like the way the information is presented, then you can change its view by selecting a Viewing mode (calendar, tree, briefcase, Gantt etc). Amode V2 gives the impression of having 4 software programs rolled into one, just for your benefit. This helps you in managing the information in a way that you are comfortable with.
Amode includes some additional functions, including project summary information, restore the past versions, send Amode File as an email, multi user file sharing, run multiple instances on the same PC etc. You can also localize the time, date and currency, style control for various topics, auto save and PC crash recovery, auto Numer topics, recalculation of start dates on templates etc. In short, it is a whole and effective information management tool!
